Notion 3.7 turns team prompts into reusable Agent skills
Notion is moving repeatable prompting and workflow instructions from individual know how into shared team infrastructure.
What changed
Notion 3.7 introduces reusable Agent skills that teams can create once and run again from Notion Agent. Skills can live in a shared library, giving teams one place to maintain recurring instructions rather than leaving useful prompts scattered across private chats and documents.
Notion also says teams can download skills as SKILL.md packages for use with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini and Grok. The release expands Custom MCP connections so Notion Agent can connect to services such as GitHub and Amplitude, with confirmations before connected tools make changes.
